That’s where you come in.\nAs our Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of the team that will help establish our APAC TA Hub and shape how we support recruitment across the region. You’ll work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues across countries and cultures, using your language skills and operational expertise to keep hiring moving.\nFrom coordinating interviews to improving workflows, your work will make the recruitment experience smoother for everyone. You’ll give recruiters more time to focus on people, while helping candidates feel informed and supported throughout their journey.\nIf you enjoy connecting people, bringing order to busy processes and finding better ways to work, we’d love to meet you.\nWhat You Will Do\nKeep recruitment moving\nManage requisition workflows, from completeness checks and job postings to updates and closures, following approved processes.\nKeep candidate records and recruitment stages accurate and up to date in Workday and other approved systems.\nStay on top of outstanding actions, approvals and documentation, flagging delays before they become bigger issues.\nMake handoffs between recruiters, hiring teams and HR operations clear and seamless.\nBring people and calendars together\nCoordinate interviews across countries\nArrange interview panels, virtual meetings and clear candidate instructions.\nKeep candidates and interviewers informed about schedules, changes and next steps.\nFollow up on interview feedback and outstanding actions to maintain momentum.\nResolve everyday scheduling challenges independently and involve the right partners when issues need additional support.\nPut your language skills to work\nCommunicate confidently and professionally in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese for assigned recruitment activities.\nSupport candidate inquiries, scheduling and administrative follow ups in the appropriate language.\nPartner with country HR Partners to ensure communications are clear, culturally appropriate and relevant to the local market.\nConnect with country teams when a request requires language expertise beyond your own.\nTurn accurate data into better service\nMaintain integrity of recruitment data \nTrack turnaround times, workload, outstanding cases and rework against agreed service levels.\nPrepare operational reports and highlight recurring delays or opportunities for improvement.\nCarry out quality checks and help resolve issues at their source.\nProtect candidate and employee information in line with company privacy, security and records retention requirements.\nHelp improve the Hub\n\nTake an active role in process mapping, knowledge transfer, pilot activities and country onboarding.\nCreate practical process guides, checklists, standard operating procedures and communication templates.\nBring ideas that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and improve service quality.\nHelp test approved system enhancements and automation initiatives.\nShare your knowledge and provide process guidance to Hub colleagues, including contractors, as assigned by the Lead.\nSupport cross training and clear documentation so the team can provide reliable coverage.\nQualifications You Must Have\nA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nFive or more years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations or shared services.\nProfessional fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with strong business communication skills.\nAbility to read and prepare Simplified and Traditional Chinese recruitment communications appropriate to your assigned market scope.\nExperience coordinating recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders and locations\nPractical experience with an applicant tracking system or HR information system.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nSound judgment, discretion and care when handling confidential information.\n\nWhat Would Make You Stand Out\nProficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese\nExperience supporting APAC recruitment or working in a regional shared services team.\nFamiliarity with Workday Recruiting or similar recruitment platforms.\nExperience with operational reporting, service level tracking and data quality reviews.\nExposure to process transitions, shared services implementation or continuous improvement projects.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
