Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical support to achieve engineering and quality excellence.\nMainly working on full/partial engine overhaul workscope under the Fleet management Program (FMP). You will review and provide engine workscope instructions to the shop for compliance with engineering data during the engine shop visit.\nPerform review of Modification Service Bulletin (SB) and provide timely information to the shop when applicable\nAnalyze out-of-manual conditions and provide engineering solutions in relation to engine part repair and overhaul processes\nLiaise and coordinate with engine OEM, airline customers and aviation authorities for engine condition documentation and reporting\nWork proactively in addressing potential issues and apply real-time problem solving skills when working towards resolution\nCommunicate with customers on out-of-manual repair approval thru eCARS system\nPropose creative engineering solution to reduce engine turn time and shop visit cost\nLiaise with the OEM and subcontractors on engine investigation and repair processes\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement projects to bring change to the department and company\nAssist the Engineering Management in special projects\n Requirement:\nDegree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in aerospace MRO setting is preferred but not mandatory\nAble to interpret technical data, drawings and engine manuals (SB, SPM, EM and CIR).\nGood working knowledge in MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Projects, and Power Point).\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)\nWorking knowledge in SAP, Solumina is preferred but not mandatory\nVersatile worker who is able to work well in a team setting and independently.\nAbility to think and process information in the macro and micro level.\nHighly motivated and innovative individual who is meticulous\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\nCompetitive renumeration package.\nAllowance and overtime benefits where applicable.\nCompany transport provided.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
