Workforce learning is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training including job specific skill awareness training, safety training, standards, and compliance training.\nWhat you will do\nProvide in-person or virtually delivered training;\n\nDevelop, and maintain proficiency in required technical skills including electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder;\n\nFollow all internal processes, delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards;\n\nEffectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities;\n\nManage effective partnerships with customers, peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery;\n\nParticipate in or, lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials;\n\nProvide subject matter expertise on solder-related questions to factory personnel.\n\nMust be available to work ANY SHIFT (United States of America) as business demands.\n\nMust be willing and able to travel domestically less than 10%\n\nQualifications You MUST Have\nTypically requires a University degree in education or STEM related field with at least 5 years’ experience in a technical training environment or, 8 years equivalent military experience with emphasis on technical instruction.\n\nIPC certified instructor within 90 days of hire to the following:\n\nIPC J-STD-001 Standard for Soldering\n\nIPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies\n\nIPC/WHMA-A-620 | Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association\n\nIPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Addendum\n\nIPC 7711/7721 - Rework/Modification/Repair of Electronic Assemblies\n\nActive and transferable U.S. government issued Confidential security clearance is required prior to start date.
