Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute the standard repair and/or inspection processes properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell by applying the current approved technical data and standard work processes.\n\nCarry out cross-functional tasks within the Cell & Repair Operations, specializing in one or more areas such as Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting.\n\nSupport production linearity efforts, workshop setup, housekeeping, and other assigned activities to ensure efficient operations.\n\nDevelop towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training.\n\nUtilize machines/equipment/tools to carry out standard repairs.\n\nMaintain and manage operational tooling and fixtures to ensure readiness and compliance.\n\nEnsure accurate and complete documentation of repair work and related activities, including transaction in SAP/G8.\n\nCarry out any other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nNITEC in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aircraft Component/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics/ Precision Engineering or any other relevant courses.\n\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting.\n\nMeticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach.\n\nProactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.\n\nWilling to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.\n\nGood working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).\n\nHighly motivated with a strong drive for success.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nAnalytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills will be advantageous.\n\nExperience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines with relevant approval ratings will be advantageous.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive renumeration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\n\nCompany transport provided.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
