This is meaningful engineering with real-world consequence - and your contributions truly matter.\nWhat You Will Do\nWork hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.\nCreate production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.\nProduce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle - both independently and as part of a team.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.\nExperience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.\nExperience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.\nQualifications We Prefer\nDegree in Electrical Engineering \nExperience developing test equipment for factory or military depot environments.\nExperience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed-signal, analog, power, and/or RF systems.\nFamiliarity with common hardware interfaces and data protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, RS 422)\nExperience with COTS test instruments and automated test development.\nExperience using integrated development environments and debugging tools.\nAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage workload independently.\nStrong technical writing and presentation skills.\nRoot-cause analysis, or system troubleshooting.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
