You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts. You will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to validate technical progress, manage financial performance, and support the achievement of program objectives. This position requires a disciplined approach to program execution and a strong understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with program objectives.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to define and validate completion criteria for technical tasks.\nMonitor technical progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.\nDevelop and maintain control account plans, budgets, schedules, and work authorizations in accordance with program and EVMS guidelines.\nAnalyze performance data, trends, and risks to provide timely insights into cost and schedule status.\nPrepare and deliver control account performance updates for program reviews and leadership forums.\nCoordinate across functional organizations to manage dependencies and interfaces, ensuring efficient program execution.\nGenerate Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), and other cost/schedule artifacts to support program changes.\nEnsure compliance with EVMS standards and support internal and external audits of control account data.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nExperience managing technical work, cost accounts, or engineering project tasks in a structured program environment.\nExperience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and tools.\nExperience with schedule management, budgeting, financial analysis, and developing program documentation.\nExperience presenting performance data and insights to program leadership.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain an Interim U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
