Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nMilitary Customer Support and Services is seeking a motivated individual to help enhance fleet readiness for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) customers operating TF33 engines on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. This field service engineer (FSR) position is well-suited to an individual seeking to demonstrate and further develop his/her project management abilities while acquiring broad-based whole engine experience. This position is located in Geilenkirchen, Germany.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAct as primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and NATO TF33 customers and Depot organizations.\nProvide complete timely responses to customer technical questions and track in appropriate systems.\nResearch technical issues and correct source data to resolve systems level issues, coordinate with program management and customers to implement solutions to improve engine safety and readiness.\nSupport coordination and participate in company teams sent out to customer locations for special inspections, data collection, evaluation of designs, etc.\nCoordinate and present technical issues in support of customer meetings and conferences.\nAssist with multiple projects focused on minimizing the rate of Unscheduled Engine Removals and improving the efficiency of depot maintenance to increase engine supportability.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nBS in engineering or related technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree with 5+ years; or an Associate's with 7+ years; or 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nIn-depth knowledge of the TF33 engine a must; familiarity with TF33 hardware, maintenance, and operations are required.\nTravel Requirements: 20-30% to Turkey, Greece, Italy and U.S.A.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.
