By reviewing and analysing training and technical documentation, our Training Analyst will ensure training requirements are underpinned by accurate, traceable evidence. Your work will directly contribute to identifying training gaps, improving data quality, and enabling the creation of impactful learning solutions.\nWe're looking for someone with a background in training design who combines strong analytical skills with creativity and attention to detail. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively, and enjoy working within structured processes to deliver meaningful results, we'd love to hear from you.\nYou must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS and SC clearance.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyse training requirements, including Learning Scalars, TOs, EOs and KLPs, to support effective training design and development.\nMaintain training data standards, governance, repositories and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance.\nReview and validate source data, references and supporting documentation against training requirements and learning outcomes.\nIdentify data gaps, risks, assumptions and dependencies, and assess data maturity, completeness and readiness for development.\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to validate findings, resolve queries and support analysis activities.\nContribute to reviews, workshops, governance activities, metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nComply with Raytheon UK and customer policies, including Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.\nSupport wider business activities as required and travel to UK wide sites when necessary.\nRequired experience\nExperience analysing complex technical and/or training-related data.\nExperience working with training requirements, learning objectives and courseware development processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.\nEffectively communicate with multiple and different stakeholders to gather technical information necessary for design/development.\nDesirable experience\nQualification in Learning & Development or a related field at the minimum grade of QCF/RQF Level 4 or equivalent.\nUnderstanding of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).\nExperience in developing technology-led training.\nExperience using Moodle and Jira.\nBenefits and Work Culture\n37hr working week with early finish Fridays - start your weekend early!\n25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service, plus opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days and up to 5 paid days volunteering\n10.5% company pension contribution with 6% employee contribution\nAnnual company bonus scheme (discretionary)\n6 times salary Life Assurance with pension\nFlexible Benefits scheme with extensive salary sacrifice schemes, including Health Cashplan, Dental, and Cycle to Work, amongst others\nEnhanced sick pay\nEnhanced family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave\nRaytheon UK\nWe take immense pride in being a leader in defence and aerospace technology.
