Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead the WPB F135 PME team in developing, maintaining, and improving work instructions for engine and module disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing.\nOversee as well as support accurate technical data interpretation, timely workscope definitions, and approval of complex work control documents and dispositions.\nDrive and support standard work, configuration verification, root cause and corrective actions investigations, and continuous process improvements.\nArrange effective shop support by ensuring the team provides timely technical assistance to operations\nManage performance reviews, overtime, timecards, and represent the team in high-level business discussions while sustaining strong onboarding, training, and team cohesion.\nDrive solutions for significant production challenges to ensure quality and delivery objectives are met.\nWhat You Will Learn:\nYou will learn how to strengthen your leadership abilities by guiding and coaching a team of process engineers, setting priorities, providing effective feedback, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
