With a focus on excellence, innovation, total quality management, strategic management, business process management, service management, human capital and digital transformation Ruad Consulting is dedicated to driving sustainable growth and creating impactful client partnerships.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n As ourGraphic Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with both Ruad’s internal branding and our clients’ unique needs. This is more than just a design position-it’s an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic consulting team and produce creative, data-driven solutions that make an impact.\nCreative Design & Production: Design and prepare moderately-complex artworks and copy layouts using established standards and formats from the Company’s or Client’s style manuals or branding guidelines. Projects will span from digital marketing assets to print collateral.\nCollaborative Development: Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Technical Writers/Editors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents. You will be a key contributor to creative meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.\nRefine & Recommend: Analyze materials and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the Company’s or Clients’ branding. You'll provide creative input to ensure high standards are met.\nGraphic Production: Design and produce high-quality, reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, posters, signage, and more.\nAdapt & Modify: Modify and enhance existing artwork as needed, ensuring that it aligns with updated project goals or client expectations.\nTeam Collaboration & Project Management: Serve as an integral part of a cross-functional team, working collaboratively to complete assignments on schedule while maintaining quality control throughout the process.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\nProven experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or consulting environment.\nA strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.\nTechnical Skills:\n\nHigh-level proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software.\nProven experience in graphic design and video editing.\nStrong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.\nKnowledge of UI/UX design, with experience in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.\nAbility to work on both digital and print design projects.\nStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, with a focus on UI/UX design.\nExcellent attention
