Job Description

• Ensure consistent academic quality and learning standards across all branches in the territory.

• Oversee and support the operational implementation of K12 programs.

• Monitor and manage the performance of branch teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff.

• Ensure teacher fulfilment to support scheduled classes and maintain continuity of learning.

• Act as a key liaison between the Headquarter’s academic team and the regional team to ensure alignment in program implementation.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.

• Monitor branch performance and provide recommendations to improve academic quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic coordination, education operations, or a similar role within the K12 education sector.

• Experience in managing academic programs and operational processes across multiple classes or branches is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of K12 academic program management and learning quality assurance.

• Ability to coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge central academic teams and regional operations.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational or academic issues and propose effective solutions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in education institutions, tutoring centers, or edtech environments.

• Experience in team coaching, performance monitoring, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
