maintaining cost-effectiveness\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.\n\n10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior management or factory management position.\n\nProven experience in plastic manufacturing is a must.\n\nStrong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, quality control, and industrial operations.\n\nSolid knowledge of production planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.\n\nExcellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple departments and lead large teams effectively.\n\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\n\nGood command of English and proficiency in Microsoft
