The work is data-driven and paired day to day with the media buyer who runs the accounts.\nTwelve months in, every active campaign will have fresh creative on a set test cadence, with an agreed number of new ads in market each month, every month. You will have built the templates, motion toolkits and brand elements that let one idea become a dozen persona variants without starting over. Hook rate, click-through and conversion by creative will be moving up, and you will be able to say why.\nAbout Rubio Monocoat\nRubio Monocoat makes plant-based, single-coat wood finishes used by flooring contractors, furniture makers, architects and designers, and serious DIYers. The brand was founded in Belgium and the North American business runs from Spicewood, Texas, selling direct to consumers and through dealers, distributors and national retail partners across the US and Canada. The marketing team is small and growing, and this is one of several roles being added this year.\nHow we work\nWe are a small team that works closely, moves quickly and gives each other real ownership. Each person owns a lane and is trusted to bring the plan, not wait for a brief, and we back each other up when it counts. We are curious, we share what we learn, and we like improving how we work as much as the work itself. That includes being AI-forward: we use AI tools every day to work smarter and expect you to bring that same savvy. Spicewood is ideal, hybrid works if you can come in when needed, and we will consider remote for the right person.\nWhat you'll do\nConcept, design, edit and deliver static and video ads in every placement spec, from awareness through conversion.\nWrite ad briefs with the media buyer, agree the test plan, and deliver on the calendar.\nAdapt one idea across flooring contractors, woodworkers, architects and designers, DIY makers and dealers, and across regions where it matters.\nRead performance with the media buyer and turn it into the next round. Winners get variants, losers get retired.\nBuild and maintain the asset library: templates, motion toolkits, brand elements.\nUse generative AI tools for drafts, variants, backgrounds and resizing, inside our brand and product-accuracy rules.
