Now it is time to take our owned channels to the next level. We are hiring the person who turns email, SMS, the storefront and conversion into a growth engine for the business, and who owns that program from strategy to results.\nTwelve months in, email and SMS will be a major, measurable driver of revenue, built on weekly campaigns and lifecycle flows that run on their own. Landing pages will be built to convert our paid traffic, and our content will be ready for both search and AI answers. Testing will be a habit, with a running log of results and a backlog of ideas. And you will be the go-to Shopify and Klaviyo expert for the US business.\nAbout Rubio Monocoat\nRubio Monocoat makes plant-based, single-coat wood finishes used by flooring contractors, furniture makers, architects and designers, and serious DIYers. The brand was founded in Belgium and the North American business runs from Spicewood, Texas, on Shopify Plus, selling direct to consumers and to dealers and distributors through a B2B store. The marketing team is small and growing, and this is one of several roles being added this year.\nHow we work\nWe are a small team that works closely, moves quickly and gives each other real ownership. Each person owns a lane and is trusted to bring the plan, not wait for a brief, and we back each other up when it counts. We are curious, we share what we learn, and we like improving how we work as much as the work itself. That includes being AI-forward: we use AI tools every day to work smarter and expect you to bring that same savvy. Spicewood is ideal, hybrid works if you can come in when needed, and we will consider remote for the right person.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn Shopify across the DTC and B2B stores: landing pages and collections, product setup, promo setup, apps, checkout configuration and theme changes.\nIterate the Klaviyo program: weekly campaigns, improved welcome, browse, cart and checkout flows, and the missing flows added.\nLaunch SMS properly, from list collection to flows to campaigns.\nRun a continuous CRO and A/B testing program with hypotheses, results and a backlog.\nOwn product reviews: requests, responses and syndication.\nImplement onsite and technical SEO and GEO plans developed with the Belgian team, and adapt their blog content for the US market.\nBuild the post-purchase flows and education templates our resellers use in the dealer email program.\nWhat you'll bring\nRequired:\n3 to 6 years in ecommerce marketing with hands-on ownership of both a Shopify store and a Klaviyo account. Both, not one or the other.\nHas run A/B tests and can explain what they learned.\nWorking SEO knowledge; you do not need to be the strategist.\nDaily use of AI tools in your work, and the ability to show how.\nPreferred:\nShopify Plus and B2B or wholesale storefront experience.\nSMS program launch experience.\nEnough design eye to assemble a professional email or landing page from templates and supplied assets.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\nPaid time off plus 7 paid company holidays\nEmployee discount on Rubio Monocoat products\nProfessional development assistance\nA small US team where your work drives visible impact, connected to global teammates across a premium wood finish brand","description_format":"text","description_chars":3331,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Professional development","Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-01T07:06:42Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":42,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.757,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":29,"expected_fill_days":25,"reasons":["conf:1","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-11-03T05:54:40Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/rubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/rubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-04T01:36:19Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2433,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-05T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2736104},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2736104"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Frubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Frubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Frubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/rubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Frubio-monocoat-usa-digital-marketer"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3583893}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"rubiomonocoatusa.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3583893},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
