We partner with customers to scale AI with speed, efficiency, and sustainability, backed by secured land, power access, and accelerated delivery models. \nWhat Impact You Will Have \nAs Planning Manager, you will help Rubix deliver complex data center projects with greater predictability. You’ll build and manage integrated schedules, surface risks early, and keep project teams aligned from planning through commissioning and turnover. \nWhat You’ll Do \nOwn integrated project schedules \nDevelop and maintain master schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. \nUse critical path analysis to identify risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts before they become blockers. \nTrack progress against baselines and provide clear updates on milestones, slippage, and recovery options. \nBring structure to planning \nFacilitate planning sessions with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and delivery partners. \nAlign project schedules with scope, procurement plans, resource assumptions, and key decision points. \nCreate scheduling standards, templates, reporting cadences, and planning tools that can scale across projects. \nSupport better project decisions \nPrepare schedule reports, lookaheads, forecasts, and executive updates that make timing risks easy to understand. \nPartner with delivery, design, construction, procurement, cost management, and operations teams. \nCapture lessons learned and use schedule data to improve future planning and delivery performance. \nWhat You’ll Need \n5+ years of planning, scheduling, project controls, or construction delivery experience. \nExperience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or complex construction projects. \nAdvanced experience with Primavera P6 and strong understanding of critical path method scheduling. \nAbility to manage multiple schedules, stakeholders, milestones, and reporting needs at once. \nWillingness to travel to project sites as needed. \nWhat Will Make You Stand Out \nDirect experience with hyperscale, colocation, or AI infrastructure data center projects. \nExperience planning projects from early development through commissioning and handover. \nKnowledge of Lean planning, pull planning, 4D planning, earned value, or schedule risk analysis. \nDirect knowledge of data center construction processes and sequencing to be able to build schedules from scratch to detailed versions without detailed input at every stage. \nComfort building scheduling processes in a high-growth environment. \nStrong communication skills and the ability to turn complex schedule data into clear recommendations. \nExperience with scheduling techniques and market leading processes available to enhance the process leading to improvements in efficiency and Delivery timelines. \nWhat We Offer \nExposure to high-impact investment decisions in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure platform \nOpportunity to work across the full asset lifecycle-from origination through operations \nDirect collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams \nA fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential \nRubix offers competitive compensation including base pay, performance incentives, and benefits. \nOur job titles may span more than one job level.
