This role is critical in ensuring that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Renewals team, addressing system constraints and diligently managing transaction workloads to assist with renewal bookings on time.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nMaintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast/pipeline reports.\nPerform regular pipeline scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.\nMaster the intake, analysis, and resolution of administrative and operational inquiries related to renewals.\nAddress any system constraints that may impact renewal processes.\nUtilize Salesforce (SFDC) effectively, particularly for stage management and pipeline tracking.\nAnalyze deals outside of our standard framework to ensure accurate ARR calculation and allocation across business units.\nTrack manually inputted deals to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nRefine existing policies and processes to serve Renewal Business.\nImplement improvements to enhance overall renewal operations.\nKnowledge on quote to order processes will be an added advantage.\nCreate and distribute monthly reports for management, including dashboards in SFDC.\nPerform ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify and address issues, and improve business and financial performance.\nExperience you’ll need:\n6-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales.\nProven experience in the Renewal Business, with an ability to navigate a high-volume, multi-transactional environment.\nFamiliarity with financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines.\nProficiency in Tableau, SFDC (Salesforce), CPQ, and other financial tools.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex topics effectively.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently and accurately.\nStrong skills in building and maintaining metrics/reporting workstreams.\nJoin Us in Securing the World's Data\nRubrik (NYSE: RBRK) is on a mission to secure the world’s data.
