If you love solving problems, connecting with people, and shaping something new, this is your chance to make a region your own and grow your career with one of the most exciting and growing companies in HR tech.\nAbout the Role:\nYou’ll be part of the Customer Support team that is the go-to point of contacts for our Australian customers, helping them get the most out of Teamtailor and ensuring they always leave with a smile. You’ll troubleshoot, guide, and support users across live chat, email, and the occasional outbound call. You’ll also collaborate closely with our global Support, Product, and Tech teams to make sure customer voices from Australia are heard loud and clear. This is an opportunity to build and grow something meaningful, with the backing of an experienced, supportive global team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide fast, friendly chat and email support (chat is our main source, and we work with Intercom)\n\nTroubleshoot issues and work with our Tech and Product teams to resolve them\n\nShare customer insights and feedback from the Australian region\n\nIdentify and report bugs, keeping customers informed along the way\n\nCreate helpful guides and self-service content\n\nBuild strong relationships across time zones, both internally and externally\n\nWe are looking for someone who is:\nHas a solid background in customer support (bonus points for SaaS experience)\n\nThrives on ownership and wants to shape a growing region\n\nAnalytical, curious, and confident navigating technical tools\n\nExcellent communicator, comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally\n\nPassionate about helping people and creating
