you will find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Promote Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Data Transfer Specialists, Implementation Managers, who are located in Sweden, Finland, Spain, Colombia, Canada, the US, New Zealand and Australia .\nYour key responsibilities will be to:\nImplement and onboard new customers.\n\nHelp our customers unlock the full potential of Teamtailor, with everything from marketplace integrations and best practices to training opportunities.\n\nWork as a strategic advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.\n\nWork proactively with renewals.\n\nBuild strong relationships.\n\nIdentify new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.\n\nTrack customers' accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk\n\nCollect and analyze customers' feedback and present it internally\n\nTogether, develop and improve ways of working with
