You will own analysis end to end, from framing the question to delivering a clear, data-backed recommendation, and build the AI tools that help the team and the business get answers faster.\nHere’s How You’ll Make an Impact:\nLead ad-hoc and recurring analysis across the business, primarily commercial and product: operator and market performance, revenue drivers, game and portfolio performance, player KPIs and retention; support marketing, finance, engineering and other functions with analysis as needed\nExplain what drives changes in revenue (GGR) and turn findings into concise, decision-ready reports and presentations for senior management\nBuild AI skills, plugins and agents that automate analysis, monitoring and reporting, and make them available to business users\nDefine and maintain metrics and business logic in the semantic layer, so the company works from one set of definitions\nReplace manual recurring analysis with automated, self-serve outputs and alerts\nOwn data quality in your domains: identify issues, trace them to the source and fix the definitions behind them\nWhat Makes You A Strong Candidate:\n5+ years as a data or business analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior role owning a domain end to end and presenting to senior management.\nB2B iGaming experience: at least 2 years as an analyst at a game provider, aggregator, platform or other B2B iGaming company, with working knowledge of GGR, RTP, operators, aggregators and regulated vs. unregulated markets.\nHands-on experience building with AI: AI tools are a core part of your daily work, and you have built AI skills, plugins or agents that automate analysis or workflows for yourself and others.\nExpert SQL on large datasets in a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or similar).\nPython for analysis and automation.\nStrong business judgement: you separate signal from noise and can explain why a number moved, not only that it did.\nClear executive communication: you turn complex analysis into a short, plain-language recommendation.\nOwnership: comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, without compromising accuracy.\nFluent English, written and spoken.\n Nice to have:\nExperience with a semantic or metrics layer (e.g. Jedify, dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML, Cortex)\nWorkflow automation (Workato, Zapier, n8n or similar)\nBI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)\nDegree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, computer science), or equivalent practical experience\nWhat success looks like:\nFirst 30 days: you understand our data model, semantic layer and core business definitions, and have delivered your first analysis to a stakeholder\nBy 90 days: you own analysis for your domains end to end, have shipped at least one AI skill, agent or automated analysis in regular use, and have evaluated existing workflows and proposed an improvement strategy\nBy 6 months: you own a set of core metrics, agents and automations, your work is used regularly in commercial, product and other business decisions, and you have implemented and driven at least one AI initiative in analytics\nWhy You’ll Love It Here:\nRemote-first flexibility - Work from anywhere with a setup for deep focus and work-life balance\nLearning & growth - Development budgets and dedicated days to upskill and explore new areas\nHealth & wellness - Medical coverage and well-being budgets to help you feel balanced, strong, and supported\nYearly bonus - Rewards based on company success and your impact\nCareer growth - Vertical and horizontal opportunities to grow and advance\nGlobal team - Talented, diverse colleagues you’ll enjoy working with\n Interested in becoming a RubyPlayer and making a mark in the iGaming world?
