This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production output.\nExperience supporting digital printing systems is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience maintaining large-format printers, CNC equipment, automated sewing machinery, or similar industrial systems are encouraged to apply. This position may be filled at a mid-level or senior level depending on experience and technical capability.\nWhat You'll Do:\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nPerform preventative maintenance on digital textile printers, CNC cutting systems, sewing machines, compressors, and related production equipment\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (including 3-phase power), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems\nTroubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and restore operations quickly\nConduct operational testing and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance\nSupport installation, modification, and improvement of new and existing machinery\nFacility Systems Support\nMaintain compressed air systems, HVAC filtration, lighting, and other facility infrastructure\nAssist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment\nDocumentation & Continuous Improvement\nUtilize CMMS software (e.g., UpKeep) to track work orders and preventative maintenance tasks\nMaintain spare parts inventory and support monthly counts\nParticipate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives\nFollow and enforce all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols\nSenior-level technicians may also:\nLead complex diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting\nMentor and train junior technicians\nSupport reliability initiatives and downtime reduction strategies\nDigital Printing Maintenance (Preferred Experience)\nSupport maintenance and troubleshooting of large-format digital printing systems\nPerform print head maintenance, monitor ink delivery systems, and maintain tension systems\nPartner with production teams to reduce recurring print-related downtime\nWhat You'll Need to Have:\nRequired:\n2+ years of industrial maintenance experience\n5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics\nAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally\nAbility to stand, walk, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks for extended periods\nComfortable working in a moderate-to-loud manufacturing environment\nOccasional exposure to equipment vibration\nPreferred:\nExperience with 3-phase electrical systems and motor controls\nDigital printing equipment maintenance experience\nFamiliarity with CNC equipment, automated machinery, or textile manufacturing environments\nExperience using CMMS systems such as UpKeep\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nForklift Certification\nElevated Platform / Scissor Lift Certification\nLockout/Tagout Training\nFirst Aid & CPR\nExperience with Zund cutting systems or industrial sewing equipment\nDetails:\n$25.00 - $30.00/hr\n2 Shifts Available:B Shift (M-Th, 5 PM to 5:30 AM)\nC Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun - 5 AM to 5:30 PM)\n\nAt Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
