This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused. You will manage project intake, planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across a wide range of workstreams, ensuring\nteams remain aligned and projects move efficiently from kickoff through launch.\nWorking closely with Marketing, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Channel teams, and external partners, you’ll help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring teams have clear priorities and realistic plans. You will also play a key role in maintaining the systems and processes that support Creative and Marketing Operations via Airtable, helping improve workflows, reduce operational friction, and create scalable ways of working.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject, Timeline & Resource Management\nProject manage marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from kickoff through launch, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. \nBuild and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across\nCreative, Marketing, Channel, Production, and external partners.\nFacilitate project intake, kickoff, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities to keep work moving forward.\nMaintain visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and team capacity, proactively surfacing risks and recommendations.\nEnsure teams have clear ownership, accountability, and next steps at every stage of execution.\nSupport both large-scale campaign launches and always-on marketing initiatives.\nSystems & Process Ownership\nServe as a day-to-day steward of project management systems, ensuring projects, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are accurately maintained.\nReinforce standardized intake processes, project documentation, naming conventions, and workflow practices across teams.\nMaintain project dashboards, reporting, and planning tools that provide accurate, real-time visibility into work in progress.\nPartner with leadership to identify workflow gaps, operational friction points, and process improvement opportunities.\nSupport adoption and ongoing optimization of Airtable and other operational systems that enable planning, execution, and visibility.\nHelp establish scalable ways of working that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.\nContinuously look for opportunities to streamline execution, reduce manual effort, and improve team effectiveness.\nWhat You’ll Need to Have\nRequired\n4-6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment\nExperience project managing social deliverables, with knowledge and understanding of optimizing for social, the standard platforms, durations, how best in class social is created, etc.\n\nExperience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.\nStrong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience coordinating stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities\nProactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.\nComfortable working in evolving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity exists.\nBrand experience \nWho you Are:\nA highly organized operator who brings structure and clarity to complex projects.\nComfortable balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of details.\nA proactive communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed.\nProcess-oriented but pragmatic, understanding whenflexibility is needed.\nEnergized by solving operational challenges and improving how teams work.\nCalm under pressure and able to maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.\nMotivated by building systems and processes that help teams do their best work.\nCompensation/Location Details\n$50-65/hr 1099, estimated 40 hours per week\nHybrid in LA (North Torrance) is required\nAt Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
