To coordinate and perform daily duties related\n\nto Cell administration;\n\n2. To ensure safety and security of the citizens at\n\ncell level;\n\n3. To coordinate development and innovation\n\nactivities at cell level;\n\n4. To mobilize citizens on participation in\n\ngovernment programs at the Cell level;\n\n5. To coordinate community policing related\n\nactivities at cell level;\n\n6. To coordinate revenue generation activities at\n\ncell level;\n\n7. To coordinate and monitor activities of the land\n\nCommittee at the Cell level;\n\n8. To serve as a civil registrar and deliver\n\nservices related to civil registration at cell\n\nlevel;\n\n9. To coordinate the collection of basic statistical\n\ndata on the state of the Cell and submit them\n\nto the Executive Secretary of the Sector;\n\n10. Coordinate the planning and reporting\n\nactivities at cell level;\n\n11. Ensure timely submission of all reports\n\nrequested from the Cell Administration;\n\n12. Ensure effective coordination and reporting on\n\nthe performance of Cell-level stakeholders,\n\nincluding volunteer groups, NGOs, FBOs, and\n\nother partners;\n\n13. To keep all documents of the Cell;\n\n14. To be a rapporteur of meetings of the\n\nConsultative Committee on Development of\n\nthe Cell;\n\n15. To ensure proper management of the\n\ngovernment property in the Cell;\n\n16. To coordinate the implementation of activities\n\napproved by competent higher authorities;\n\n17. Support the proper use of land in accordance\n\nwith the District Master Plan or physical plans\n\nand assist in preventing and eliminating illegal\n\nland use and unauthorized constructions\n\nwithin the Cell;\n\n18. To perform other responsibilities as may be\n\nspecified by other laws;\n\n19.
