Continue developing your career with us and watch your potential grow. \nJob Responsibilities\nAs the ISE Manager, you will lead the Inside Sales Engineering team supporting pump projects across the U.S. and Canada, primarily in oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets. You will deliver technically sound, commercially competitive quotations, guide complex pump applications, and develop engineers through training and mentorship.\nResponsibilities:\nManage, mentor, and develop the Inside Sales Engineering team.\nOversee quotation activities and ensure technical accuracy, competitiveness, and timely delivery.\nAct as the technical lead for complex pump applications, selections, and specifications.\nSupport sales teams with customer meetings, negotiations, and technical presentations.\nReview high-risk and strategic quotations.\nDrive continuous improvement of processes, tools, training, and team performance.\nCoordinate with sales, product management, procurement, suppliers, and customers throughout the sales cycle.\nRequired Experience:\n7+ years of experience in pump applications engineering, inside sales engineering, project engineering, or a related field.\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pump selection, sizing, mechanical design, and pump industry standards (API, ANSI, DIN, ASME, etc.).\nExperience with engineered pump systems, industrial projects, and complex quotations.\nStrong commercial acumen, including contracts, negotiations, margins, and risk management.\nU.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.\nAt Ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position.
