Continue developing your career with us and watch your potential grow. \nJob Responsibilities\nLocation: Looking exclusively in the Southeast Region (Western Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Norther Florida).\nWe’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to grow our sales. In this role, you’ll manage and expand our existing distributor network, identify new partners, and drive sales strategies that increase market share and customer satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and grow the indirect sales channel (distribution) and OEM accounts within your assigned territory.\n\nEvaluate and enhance the performance of current channel partners through joint sales calls, training, and support.\n\nIdentify, qualify, and onboard new distributors to meet aggressive sales goals.\n\nSupport distributor personnel to become self-sufficient in presenting, quoting, and promoting Ruhrpumpen products.\n\nMaintain detailed records in the CRM and provide insights on sales performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.\n\nCoordinate with Market Managers to expand distribution channel reach and deliver tailored training and sales strategies.\n\nTravel within the region up to 70% of the time (overnights expected).\n\nWho You Are:\nA skilled sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in industrial pumps or related rotating equipment.\n\nWell-versed in distribution sales models and OEM sales cycles.\n\nComfortable working independently and building lasting relationships with partners and customers.\n\nOrganized, analytical, and proactive, with strong CRM and reporting discipline.\n\nBased near a major airport in the Southeast.\n\nAt Ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position.
