We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re hiring a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives. This role sits at the heart of our mission; your work will directly impact thousands of people by helping them access the care they need and stay with it long enough to truly get better.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.\n\nProven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and building at scale to drive meaningful business outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication skills and cross-functional influence: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences and senior leadership.\n\nStrong quantitative fluency: experienced in running A/B tests at scale, partnering with data scientists on experiment design, and using causal analysis to evaluate results.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
