We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.\nAbout the Role\nIn this role, you will work directly with our roster automation lead to validate data pipelines, execute bulk enrollment record updates, and maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks. You will build and maintain operational documentation and SOPs that eliminate tribal knowledge, create real-time visibility into enrollment and roster status, and scope operational requirements for new initiatives before they reach execution. Your work ensures that teams across the organization operate from a single, accurate source of truth and that every operational change is implemented with complete documentation and readiness. If you are passionate about building scalable systems, simplifying complex data, making the invisible visible, and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement structured solutions using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets)\n\nExperience manipulating, cleaning, and validating large datasets (1,000+ rows) for accuracy and completeness; ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes in structured data\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate operational data and findings into clear summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.\nExperience with provider roster management, network reconciliation, or bulk data operations in healthcare, insurance, or health-tech, with exceptional attention to detail where accuracy directly impacts downstream financial or operational outcomes\n\nExperience with workflow automation, scripting, or low-code tools (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, Python for data manipulation) to reduce manual operational work - Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and comfort reading or writing basic SQL queries\n\nExperience working within CRM, database, or ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Airtable, Zendesk, or similar) to update records, build reports, and maintain data integrity at scale\n\nWe're serious about your well-being!
