You will enjoy working closely with other engineers, engineers pilot, BIM Coordinator, \nBIM manager, chief draftsman, draftsman, project managers and multi-disciplinary teams and be able \nto work with these stakeholders to define solutions.\nMain Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: \n* Modifying reinforced concrete or steel structure designs compliant with the ETC-C or other relevant codes Eurocodes and project methodology. \n* Checking and coordinating the detailing activities with CAD designers or other engineers in preparation of 3D BIM rebar model and/or 2D drawings of reinforced concrete or steel structures. \n* Managing engineering changes in line with company/project procedures and QA process.\n* In charge of the assessment and the response to Field Changes Requests, Field Information requests or Site Non Conformance coming from the civil works contractors.\n* You will liase with other stakeholders, site engineering teams or construction teams for clarification on the site requests.\n* You will also liase with Back Offices which are overseas, regarding package or for closing out of design package issues. \n* Technical review and acceptance of contractor deliverables, Site Walkdowns and inspections.\nExperience/Qualifications:\n- All candidates MUST be Degree or Masters qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or other relevant discipline \n- You will have working knowledge of the detailed design phases and how this is transitioned to the construction phase.\n- You will have previous experience of the nuclear industry sector or other highly regulated industry sectors.\nPlease note: All candidates MUST be eligible to obtain BPSS Clearance\nInterested in this position? please click \"apply now\"\nWe try to respond to all applicants, but sometimes this is not possible due to high volumes of applications; if you have not heard from us within 14 days, regrettably it means you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.\nCompany information: \nThis is a Permanent vacancy and is being advertised by Rullion Ltd \nSince 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands, to SMEs and start-ups.
