Responsibilities\nAct as the client-side lead for building fabric refurbishment, structural repairs, and construction projects, including roofing, façades, fire safety upgrades, accessibility improvements, and drainage works.\nDevelop and manage project scopes, technical specifications, tender documentation, and governance papers to ensure alignment with public-sector requirements.\nOversee the work of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.\nConduct condition assessments, lifecycle replacements, and cost estimates to inform project planning and decision-making.\nEnsure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in accordance with public-sector procurement and governance
