You will ensure that contractual obligations, entitlements, and risks are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also support tendering, bidding, execution, and close out phases by administering contracts, managing change control and claims, negotiating contractual amendments, and advising project teams on commercial matters. You will work collaboratively with Clients, Suppliers, Partners, and internal stakeholders across the company, the Contract Manager safeguards the company's commercial position, promotes compliance with contractual requirements, and contributes to the successful delivery of projects in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
