The role involves ensuring compliance with transmission and distribution network requirements, managing contractors and consultants, reviewing connection offers, resolving technical, commercial and contractual issues, and overseeing project risks, costs and liabilities. Working closely with internal engineering teams, external stakeholders, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and industry bodies, the engineer will support the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of renewable energy assets, including wind, solar and battery storage projects.
