4-day week - No Remote/Hybrid Working\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major project based at Dungeness.\nYou will take overall responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality targets while complying with all relevant statutory, regulatory and project management requirements.\nWorking within a highly regulated environment, you will provide leadership, governance and stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction, commissioning and completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstablish a clear project vision and proactively lead the project team towards agreed objectives.\n\nTake overall responsibility for safe project delivery against time, cost and quality targets.\n\nProvide project leadership, management and governance in line with established project management processes and procedures.\n\nEnsure projects and work packages meet business and commercial requirements.\n\nManage internal and external customers and stakeholders effectively.\n\nDefine project delivery baselines and manage project controls, including requirements, planning, cost, risk, trends and change control.\n\nResource and manage multidisciplinary project teams, securing specialist resources where required.\n\nEnsure all project documentation is maintained to the required standards.\n\nDevelop and manage project risk and opportunity plans, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.\n\nConsider value engineering opportunities and potential changes to project scope, schedule and forecast costs.\n\nProduce project performance information, including critical path analysis, float erosion, milestones, CPI, SPI and EVA.\n\nLead CDM activities in accordance with project Health, Safety and Environment requirements.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with applicable statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\nDemonstrable project management experience within a highly regulated industry, including engineering, procurement, construction or construction management.\n\nSignificant Project Management experience within the nuclear or highly regulated sector, ideally 10+ years.\n\nExperience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m+) across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to operation.\n\nExperience of performing functional project tasks with an understanding of established project management processes and procedures.\n\nStrong understanding of project controls, cost, risk, planning and change management.\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary project teams and complex stakeholder
