You will act as an Intelligent Customer, ensuring suppliers and contractors comply with contractual quality requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, from manufacturing through to installation, testing and commissioning.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure quality is delivered safely, efficiently and right first time.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSupport Quality Management Leads (QMLs) in ensuring quality arrangements are effectively implemented across the supply chain.\nPrepare, maintain and update Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).\nMonitor quality deliverables through KANBAN dashboards and support priority management.\nExpedite the resolution of audit findings and quality-related issues within the supply chain.\nSupport the review and acceptance of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs).\nCarry out manufacturing inspections at supplier facilities when required, both in the UK and internationally.\nAssist with the management and close-out of Observation Sheets and manufacturing non-conformances.\nSupport the review and acceptance of End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs), End of Construction Status Reports (ECSRs) and End of Erection Status Reports (EESRs).\nProduce quality documentation including lessons learned and continuous improvement reports.\nProvide regular reporting and updates to quality leadership and project stakeholders.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nStrong understanding of quality management principles within large, complex and contract-led environments.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable working with suppliers and travelling regularly when required.\nA proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.\nFluent English language skills.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience within the nuclear sector, ideally new build projects.\nUnderstanding of quality assurance and quality control across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.\nKnowledge of nuclear regulatory environments.\nExperience with pressure and nuclear codes.\nUnderstanding of Welding, NDT and NDE processes.\nFrench language skills would be advantageous.\nExperience/Qualifications Required:\nEssential:\nHNC, HND or Degree in an Engineering, Science or other relevant technical discipline.\nExperience ensuring compliance with recognised quality standards such as ISO 9001 and GSR Part 2.\nUnderstanding of quality assurance and quality control processes within engineering or project environments.\nDesirable:\nExperience delivering quality solutions on major infrastructure, nuclear or other highly regulated projects.\nExperience working within safety-critical industries.\nProven stakeholder management experience within multicultural project environments.\nProfessional quality accreditation or membership.\nChartered Quality Institute (CQI) membership or working towards Chartered Quality Professional status.\nCompany information:\nThis contract vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd.\nSince 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
