You will support the delivery of quality assurance and quality control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring contractors and suppliers meet all required quality standards and project requirements.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSupport QA/QC activities across civil construction works.\nReview and monitor contractor quality plans and project documentation.\nCoordinate and participate in audits, inspections, surveillance, and testing activities.\nSupport the management of non-conformances and corrective actions.\nAssist with supplier quality assurance and governance activities.\nReview Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records.\nWork closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is delivered right first time.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nStrong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.\nExperience working within construction, nuclear, engineering, or other safety-critical industries.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to identify issues, drive improvements, and promote quality best practices.\n\nExperience/Qualifications Required:\nHNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.\nExperience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control environment.\nExperience conducting supplier audits and managing quality-related issues.\nProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.\nNuclear sector experience desirable but not essential.\nIRCA Auditor qualification and knowledge of NDT/NDE, Welding, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.\nCompany information: This contract vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd Since 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
