The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme and to the required quality standards, while fulfilling Principal Contractor duties under CDM Regulations 2015.\nYour Responsibilities\nEnsure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and Principal Contractor obligations.\nDeliver site inductions and toolbox talks.\nReview contractor competencies, risk assessments and training records.\nConduct Work In Progress (WIP) safety inspections.\nEnsure corrective actions are completed within required timescales.\nSupport incident, near-miss and safety trend reporting.\nPromote and support Vision Zero principles.\nEnsure installations comply with PAS2030, PAS2035, MCS, Gas Safe and Building Regulations requirements.\nConduct quality inspections and compliance audits.\nSupport closure of corrective actions identified through inspections.\nDrive continuous improvement across contractor performance.\nSupport construction programme development and delivery.\nMonitor progress against project milestones and critical path activities.\nEscalate risks and implement corrective actions where required.\nMonitor contractor performance, quality and safety standards.\nSupport supply chain management and performance improvement initiatives.\nLead resolution of construction-related issues and complaints.\nMaintain accurate project records on Microsoft Dynamics.\nProvide regular project updates and status reporting.\nWork closely with internal teams, clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.\nSupport Resident Liaison Officers with customer concerns and complaint resolution.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong leadership and site management capability.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of construction health and safety requirements.\nExperience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.\nAbility to deliver projects to programme while maintaining quality standards.\nExperience/Qualifications Required\nEssential\nPrevious Site Management experience.\nExperience managing people and subcontractors.\nConstruction and refurbishment project experience.\nStrong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015.\nKnowledge of PAS2030 and PAS2035.\nValid CSCS Card.\nSMSTS qualification (or equivalent).\nFabric and/or renewable energy experience.\nCurrent First Aid qualification.\nProgramme management/planning experience.\nProficient in Microsoft 365 applications.\nFull UK Driving Licence.\nWillingness to travel nationally and stay away when required.\nDesirable\nExperience working in occupied residential properties.\nAPM or equivalent Project Management qualification.\nNEBOSH Construction.\nIOSH Managing Safely.\nLean / Green Belt certification.\nCompany Information\nThis contract vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd.\nSince 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients, from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
