This role is responsible for coordinating workforce data, training administration, mobilisation activities, and compliance requirements to ensure the project meets its workforce assurance obligations.\nYou will work closely with internal HPC teams, Tier 1 contractors and external stakeholders, providing essential support across workforce mobilisation, training administration, reporting and information management. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSupport the operational delivery of workforce compliance arrangements across the HPC project.\nCoordinate and administer training programmes managed by the Employment Affairs Unit.\nManage course bookings and workforce records.\nInput, maintain and update information within Workforce Information Management Systems.\nProduce and coordinate regular workforce reports and management information.\nSupport the review and maintenance of workforce-related webpages and portals.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nProvide flexible support across the wider Employment Affairs Unit.\nAssist with administrative duties and project coordination activities.\nEnsure the confidentiality and security of workforce information at all times.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance processes.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExcellent organisational and administrative skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.\nProactive and self-motivated approach to work.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nProfessional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.\nCommitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.\nPositive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.\nExperience/Qualifications Required:\nEssential:\nExperience in administrative, coordination, or workforce support roles.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience maintaining accurate records and managing data.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working with a variety of stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nDesirable:\nExperience working within large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering or major project environments.\nKnowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.\nThis contract vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd.\nSince 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients, from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
