This position is responsible for directing field personnel, administering good construction safety practices and communicating effectively with all on-site activities. Assisting the Project Superintendent with various construction activities and maintaining good communication with supervision and project management.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE\n2-3 Years' Experience in the Construction Industry, preferably heavy civil\nKnowledge of cut and fill operations\nAbility to work independently and as a team leader\nExercises professional judgement and behavior\nAbility and willingness to travel to jobsites\nCut/fill earthwork operations on residential projects\nReading and interpreting plan sets\nReading and understanding soil reports and project specifications\nDust Control requirements and best practices\nWHY WORK FOR RUMMEL?\nWe are strong believers in opportunity and promotion from within our organization.
