Come join our team!\nAs a member of the Data and Analytics team, the Lead Data & Analytics Product Manager partners directly with the business to ensure the team's data products and reporting deliver real business value. This role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team - translating business needs into prioritized work, tracking progress in terms that the business understands, and continuously validating what gets built actually solves the right problems. This role also drives prioritization and scheduling of the cross-domain data governance program, in partnership with the Senior BI Analysts and the Analytics Engineering on technical implementation.\nResponsibilities of Position:\nPartner directly with business stakeholders across lines of business to understand their priorities and identify where data products and reporting can create the most value\nEvaluate and recommend which data products and reports deliver the greatest business value, balancing business impact against technical effort\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across all lines of business, serving as their advocate in planning and prioritization\nTranslate business priorities into clear, prioritized work for Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI Analysts\nOwn prioritization and scheduling of the cross-domain data governance program, collaborating with the Senior BI Analysts - who own reporting governance and run stakeholder governance calls within their domains - to ensure consistency across domains, and with Analytics Engineering on technical implementation\nOwn and manage the team's backlog and sprint/PI planning process, ensuring work stays aligned to business priorities\nTrack and communicate progress against the data and analytics road map in terms the business understands\nDevelop and maintain personas for the business's key data consumers, understanding how each group currently accesses and uses data - including habits like building new reports from existing ones - to guide decisions on tooling, self-service, and AI-assisted access to our data products\nPartner with team leadership to define success metrics and monitor adoption and business impact of new data products, self-service tools, and AI-assisted reporting - championing adoption across the business and gathering ongoing feedback to continuously refine priorities\nPerform other duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nThis position will not manage employees\nSkills & Abilities Needed for Position:\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills \nStrong planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills \nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills \nAbility to build trust and credibility with business stakeholders \nAbility to perform detailed analysis of business problems and translate them into prioritized, valuable work \nAbility to drive alignment and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nExperience & Knowledge Needed for Position:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required \n7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related data/analytics role required\nDemonstrated experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify priorities and translate them into actionable plans required \nExperience partnering with technical teams to translate business needs into technical priorities required\nPhysical Requirements in a Regular Workday:\nFrequently lifting/carrying a max of 10 lbs; rarely up to 35 lbs\nRarely pushing/pulling a max of 35 lbs\nContinuously working inside\nOccasionally stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling\nFrequently sitting; occasionally standing/walking\nAdditional Working Conditions/Aspects:\nAbility to travel between offices, as required\nAbility to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays\nLegally eligible to work in the United States\nValid driver’s license (if applicable)\nMust successfully complete pre-employment testing\nMust be able to read and speak the English language\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature, complexity, and level of work to be performed by employees assigned to this position and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and/or skills required.
