Already trusted by Gusto, Instacart, Opendoor, dbt Labs, and Decagon.\nAbout the Role\nAs our Demand Gen Lead, you'll build Runlayer's demand generation engine from zero - paid acquisition, inbound, email and lifecycle, ABM, and the attribution infrastructure underneath it all. We run no paid today (all inbound is organic), but we have the budget, the deal sizes, and the pipeline pressure to make paid a real channel. This is a true zero-to-one build: you'll be hands-on-keyboard as a player-coach first, then hire and lead a team underneath you as the function scales.\nReports to the Head of Marketing.
