The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Akamai CDN security, edge protection, bot management, DDoS mitigation, and web application security.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies, monitoring threats, mitigating attacks, and ensuring the security and availability of critical digital platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Implement and manage Akamai CDN security and edge protection solutions.\n\n- Configure and maintain Akamai Bot Manager for bot detection, mitigation, and protection.\n\n- Implement DDoS protection and mitigation strategies to safeguard applications against distributed attacks.\n\n- Configure and manage Akamai Web Application Protector (WAP) and application-layer security policies.\n\n- Manage CDN rules, rate limiting, custom security policies, and edge configurations.\n\n- Monitor security events, analyze threats, and respond to security incidents.\n\n- Perform security troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, and eCommerce development teams to ensure secure application delivery.\n\n- Support security enhancements and optimize protection mechanisms for high-traffic digital platforms.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n- 6 -
