Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Akamai Security Engineer / Security SME to strengthen the security of high-traffic eCommerce platforms and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Akamai CDN security, edge protection, bot management, DDoS mitigation, and web application security. The candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies, monitoring threats, mitigating attacks, and ensuring the security and availability of critical digital platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and manage Akamai CDN security and edge protection solutions. - Configure and maintain Akamai Bot Manager for bot detection, mitigation, and protection. - Implement DDoS protection and mitigation strategies to safeguard applications against distributed attacks. - Configure and manage Akamai Web Application Protector (WAP) and application-layer security policies. - Manage CDN rules, rate limiting, custom security policies, and edge configurations. - Monitor security events, analyze threats, and respond to security incidents. - Perform security troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution. - Collaborate with Cybe
