configuration, and continuous improvement of B2B CRM solutions.\n\n- Manage C4C business objects, customizing, layout adaptations, and organizational structures.\n\n- Handle reporting, territory management, dashboards, and data replication.\n\n- Manage transports, SAP incidents, and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems.\n\n- Coordinate with business stakeholders, service providers, and international development teams.\n\n- Collaborate with Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.\n\n- Strong understanding of B2B CRM business processes and SAP system environments.\n\n- Experience with C4C business objects, configuration, and customizing.\n\n- Knowledge of reporting, territory management, dashboard management, and data replication.\n\n- Experience in layout adaptations, transport management, and organizational structure management.\n\n- Understanding of SAP incident management and interfaces between cloud and on-premises systems.\n\nRequired Professional Skills:\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Ability to coordinate with business teams and service providers.\n\n- Experience working with international teams.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\n-
