The candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts, coordinate with international Agile DevOps teams, and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of global B2B CRM digital products.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.\n\n- B2B CRM business processes and SAP-based system environments.\n\n- C4C business objects and configuration.\n\n- Reporting management, territory management, and dashboard management.\n\n- Data replication management.\n\n- C4C customizing and layout adaptations.\n\n- Transport management and organizational structure management.\n\n- SAP incident management.\n\n- Knowledge of interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems.\n\nRequired Professional Skills : \n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Ability to coordinate business teams and service providers.\n\n- Experience working with international teams.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\n- Experience using Jira and Confluence.\n\n- Fluency in English.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills : \n\n- SAP
