Troubleshoot complex production issues involving SSO, MFA, authentication agents, certificates, networks, and infrastructure.\n\n- Collaborate with application, cloud, API, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to implement secure authentication solutions.\n\n- Support security audits, compliance requirements, documentation, incident investigations, and continuous improvements.\n\n- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation initiatives.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of overall IT experience.\n\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, SSO, MFA, or access management.\n\n- 4+ years of experience with Okta, Auth0, PingFederate, Azure AD/Entra ID, or equivalent IAM platforms.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and federated authentication.\n\n- 3+ years of scripting or automation experience using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, REST APIs, or similar technologies.\n\n- Experience with Okta Lifecycle Management and Administrative APIs.\n\n- Knowledge of REST integrations, directory services (AD/LDAP), cloud infrastructure, and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong understanding of security best practices and enterprise authentication standards.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Okta Certified Administrator / Consultant / Developer.\n\n- Auth0, CIC, SiteMinder, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust experience.\n\n- CIAM implementation for B2B and B2C applications.\n\n- Zero Trust and passwordless authentication.\n\n- AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\n- Monitoring tools such as Splunk,
