The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WCAG guidelines, accessibility testing tools, and assistive technologies to ensure Salesforce applications are accessible and user-friendly for people with disabilities.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities : \n\n- Perform accessibility testing of Salesforce applications, including Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.\n\n- Validate compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards.\n\n- Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing to identify accessibility issues.\n\n- Use accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights, and screen readers.\n\n- Test keyboard navigation, focus management, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, labels, and ARIA attributes.\n\n- Validate accessibility across Salesforce components, forms, tables, modals, dashboards, and dynamic content.\n\n- Test applications using assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.\n\n- Identify, document, prioritize, and track accessibility defects with clear reproduction steps and remediation recommendations.\n\n- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, business analysts, and UX designers to resolve accessibility issues.\n\n- Perform regression testing to ensure accessibility fixes do not introduce new defects.\n\n- Integrate accessibility checks into test automation and CI/CD pipelines wherever applicable.\n\n- Prepare accessibility test reports, compliance documentation, and audit findings.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in accessibility testing.\n\n- Experience testing Salesforce applications, preferably Salesforce Lightning Experience, LWC, and Visualforce.\n\n- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and accessibility best practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or similar tools.\n\n- Experience with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver.\n\n- Strong understanding of keyboard accessibility, semantic HTML, ARIA roles and attributes, focus order, and color contrast.\n\n- Experience in manual testing, defect management, and accessibility reporting.\n\n- Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.\n\n-
