The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.\n\n- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required.\n\n- Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.\n\n- Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.\n\n- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.\n\n- Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.\n\n- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 6 -
