The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required. - Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel. - Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools. - Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems. - Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models. - Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deplo
