execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 25 Salesforce developers.\n\n- Drive Salesforce technical design, development, implementation, and solution delivery.\n\n- Provide hands-on technical support and contribute to development activities whenever required.\n\n- Oversee Salesforce APEX development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.\n\n- Define and guide the team on technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.\n\n- Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.\n\n- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.\n\n- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Manage client expectations, communicate project progress, and address technical concerns.\n\n- Adapt to a domestic client environment with flexible and occasionally ad hoc working requirements.\n\n- Travel to client locations as required for project discussions and delivery activities.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical delivery.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce APEX.\n\n- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and API-based connectivity.\n\n- Experience in Salesforce technical design, solution architecture, and implementation.\n\n- Proven experience leading and mentoring large Salesforce development teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and scalable application design.\n\n- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical
