The candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP, SAP CRM WebUI, CRM Middleware, BSP, BOL/GenIL, and CRM integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, customize, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.\n\n- Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications.\n\n- Work extensively with BOL/GenIL, WebClient UI, BSP, and CRM technical framework.\n\n- Develop custom solutions using ABAP/OO ABAP.\n\n- Configure and develop CRM Middleware integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.\n\n- Work on BDoc, Queues, Adapter Objects, Middleware monitoring and error handling.\n\n- Develop and consume RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services, and APIs.\n\n- Analyze and resolve complex production issues and perform RCA.\n\n- Develop enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and implicit enhancements.\n\n- Work on CRM transactions, business objects, actions, and technical configurations.\n\n- Support interfaces and integration with external systems.\n\n- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and deployment activities.\n\n- Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.\n\n- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP / OO ABAP.\n\n- Strong experience in SAP CRM WebClient UI / WebUI.\n\n- Hands-on experience with BOL/GenIL.\n\n- Strong knowledge of CRM Middleware.\n\n- Experience with BDocs, Queues, Adapter Objects.\n\n- Experience with BSP / Web UI Framework.\n\n- Experience integrating SAP CRM with ECC/S/4HANA.\n\n- Good knowledge of RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services and APIs.\n\n- Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Experience in production support and enhancement projects.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- SAP CRM Sales / Service / Marketing technical experience.\n\n- Knowledge of SAP CRM Interaction Center.\n\n- Knowledge of OData / REST APIs.\n\n- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or integration.\n\n- Experience working in Agile environments.\n\n- SAP CRM certification\n\nSkills\nSAP CRM, SAP ABAP, Technical
