you will:\nOwn and coordinate the post-sale fulfilment process from the initial client briefing through to campaign completion.\n\nJoin client briefing calls with the salesperson and gather all information required to deliver the campaign.\n\nCoordinate between clients, creators and internal team members throughout each stage of the campaign.\n\nTranslate client requirements into clear briefs for creators.\n\nLiaise with creators on campaign requirements, creative concepts, scripts, content submissions and timelines.\n\nManage the script approval process between creators and clients, ensuring feedback and revisions are communicated clearly and promptly.\n\nCoordinate filming schedules and ensure agreed campaign timelines and SLAs are met.\n\nTrack content submissions, client approvals, edits and publishing schedules.\n\nKeep campaign trackers and internal systems up to date across multiple active campaigns.\n\nMonitor campaign progress and proactively flag anything that is falling behind or requires escalation.\n\nWork closely with sales, marketing and operations to resolve blockers and keep campaigns moving.\n\nCoordinate campaign reporting and ensure reports are delivered to clients and relevant sales representatives.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and communication as the business scales.\n\nUse AI tools to streamline communication, drafting, organisation and day-to-day workflows.\n\nSupport occasional executive assistant tasks for the founder, such as inbox management, travel coordination and monthly commission-related administration.\n\nSkills you have:\nAt least 5 years of strong experience in client success, account coordination, project coordination, account management, executive assistance or a similar role.\n\nExperience working with creators, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a creative agency is highly regarded.\n\nExperience coordinating content production, campaigns or creative projects.\n\nProficient with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.\n\nExperience with reporting, campaign coordination or client-facing operations.\n\nExceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating with clients, creators and internal teams.\n\nHighly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, approvals, schedules and moving parts at once.\n\nStrong ownership and proactive mindset, with the ability to keep work moving, anticipate next steps and follow up without constant direction.\n\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to monitor progress, identify delays and escalate issues when needed.\n\nExperience with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms such as Vendasta, or similar tools.\n\nExperience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows, communication and productivity.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requests can change quickly.\n\nStrong working knowledge of social media platforms and AI tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.\n\nAble to work North American business hours.\n\nSkills that will make you stand out:\nExperience coordinating creative projects, content production or multi-step client deliverables.\n\nPrevious experience supporting a founder or executive with EA or administrative responsibilities.\n\nExperience working directly with small to medium-sized business clients.\n\nA
