All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home.\nIn your day-to-day, you will:\nManage end-to-end recruitment for permanent positions across various e-commerce functions, including finance, operations, warehousing, HR, and digital marketing.\n\nManage incoming client enquiries, understand hiring requirements, and develop suitable recruitment strategies.\n\nSource and identify candidates through the agency's established talent database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.\n\nUse AI-powered recruitment tools to streamline candidate searches, talent mapping, candidate messaging, and resume preparation.\n\nConduct candidate interviews and phone screens, assess suitability, and maintain accurate candidate notes.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry partners.\n\nPrepare candidate shortlists and present qualified profiles to clients.\n\nCoordinate client interviews, assessments, and reference checks.\n\nMaintain a healthy pipeline of clients and prospective clients through actively promoting Revere Recruitment and its services.\n\nBuild and grow your professional network by engaging with e-commerce brands, industry professionals, and potential business partners.\n\nDevelop and maintain an active personal brand through consistent LinkedIn content, social media engagement, and other online activities.\n\nFollow the established sales process to maximise efficiency and improve conversion rates.\n\nIdentify opportunities to provide additional value to existing clients and strengthen long-term partnerships.\n\nGenerate referral business by nurturing relationships with clients and industry partners.\n\nDrive sales performance and consistently work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.\n\nMonitor recruitment and sales activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.\n\nSkills you have:\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a client-facing sales or account management role. Recruitment experience is a bonus but not mandatory; we’re open to someone moving into recruitment from e-commerce.\n\nStrong understanding of the e-commerce industry, including key functions such as finance, operations, warehousing, HR, and digital marketing.\n\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment databases, and AI-powered recruitment tools.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and clients.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clients, candidates, and industry partners.\n\nStrong candidate assessment, interviewing, and recruitment skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver quality shortlists.\n\nAbility to influence, negotiate, and confidently manage different stakeholders and expectations.\n\nStrong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicts, navigate challenges, and adapt to changing priorities professionally.\n\nExperience building a personal brand through LinkedIn content, industry engagement, and social media.\n\nComfortable creating short-form video content, Instagram Reels, and other social media posts.\n\nUnderstanding of recruitment sales, business development, and client relationship management, including building a healthy pipeline, generating referrals, and closing opportunities.\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with strong initiative, resilience, tenacity, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nSkills that will make you stand out:\nFamiliarity with Australian e-commerce brands, their competitors, and comparable businesses.\n\nProven track record of achieving recruitment sales
